(formally the MVR website)

Motor Vehicle Licencing

This portal provides action on common issues such as:

Acquiring a new licence eg. Learners permit, heavy vehicle or motorbike
Updating licence address details
Changing a licence to NT from interstate

For reference when changing a licence over to NT, the webiste lists Categories A & B for formal identification. Due to the nature of living remotely and recruiting new station staff, the NT Motor Vehicle Registry commonly accepts the following template as proof of residency:
