The 36th NTCA Industry Conference at the Alice Springs Convention Centre on the 26th and 27th of March 2020 has been postponed to March 2021.

The current situation with Covid-19 has put us in an unfortunate and unprecedented position which has forced us to postpone the 2020 annual NTCA conference, gala dinner and Ladies Lunch to March 2021. All your current arrangements for sponsorships and ticket bookings can be carried over to next year.

We understand that this situation may leave you – as much as us as an organisation – in financial limbo and if you chose to cancel by March 31, we will be offering a full 100% refund for your sponsorship and gala dinner tickets.

Refund requests will be accepted until COB March 31 and will be processed within 21 days from April 1.

If we don't hear from you, your sponsorship and support will automatically be rolled over to March 2021.

For NTCA members we will still proceed with the Annual General Meeting on Thursday March 26th. This will be for members only.

There will be an opportunity for sponsors to display their brochures and or banners.

After the AGM, from 5pm to 8pm, we will be having canapes and drinks for members and those sponsors who are still attending.
