The Pastoral Industry in the Northern Territory has a long and proud association with the Landcare movement.

This commitment to sustainable natural resource management continues today with over 70% of Northern Territory pastoral leaseholders involved in Landcare and conservation groups.

The Industry is committed to sustainable development and achieving a balance between management for production, environmental and social outcomes.

Through best practice management of our natural resources we aim to pass on vibrant, productive and sustainable country to our children.

It is imperative that the NT pastoral industry continue to submit a range of competative applications for funding to all potential funding bodies, including the Australian and Northern Territory Governments and corporate entities.
