
The 3rd Annual AUSFUEL and NTCA
Amateur Photographic Competition.
Long-term Association partner, Ausfuel, has joined with the NTCA for our third annual
photographic competition.
All entries were displayed at the Annual Conference on 1 April 2011 in Katherine.
Winners were announced at the NTCA Annual Gala Dinner on the evening of 1 April 2011.
CATEGORIES - 2011 WINNERS
Section 1:
Pictorial Black and White – Portrait, landscape or journalistic shot in black and white.
1st Prize:
Cassie Duggan – Solving World Issue

2nd Prize:
Kelli-Anne Elliot – Day's Done
Section 2:
Portrait - A photograph that captures the likeness of a person or a small group of people (a group portrait), in which the face and expression is predominant. The objective is to display the likeness, personality, and even the mood of the subject.
1st Prize:
Kelli-Anne Elliot - Old Timer

2nd Prize:
Sally Sullivan - Portrait of Head Stockman
Section 3:
NT Landscape - Intended to show different spaces within the NT showing little or no human activity, using instead subjects such as strongly defined landforms, weather, and ambient light.
1st Prize:

2nd Prize:
Kelli-Anne Elliot - Sorghum at Sunset
