From Alice Springs to Darwin, East to West this year's conference focussed on Beef production in Northern Australia, its place in the world beef market and its future opportunities and threats.
Changing economic conditions, global & domestic, and climate change are current
issues that will affect the Pastoral Industry in the near future. This year's conference addressed these topics in depth, examining the how, what and why and their collective impact on the industry and producers.
International speakers at the conference gave an insight into competitors and customers of the Northern Beef Industry. The state of the industry and its markets were also discussed with an emphasis on the future.
The conference concluded once again with a panel of industry leaders and experts, discussing and evaluating the future of the industry and issues it faces.
